Welcome to Marketplace Rankings (www.MarketplaceRankings.com). These Terms govern your use of our seller tools, AI chat, rank trackers, calculators, courses, and related services (the “Service”). By starting a free trial or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

🔁 Can I cancel part way through a paid month and get a partial refund?

No. Subscriptions are billed as a full monthly rate. We do not offer daily, weekly, or pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a paid month. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of your current billing period — so you keep your tools until then — and you won’t be charged again.

🆓 How does the 3-day free trial work?

You get full Pro access for 3 days. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the subscription rate automatically and billing continues monthly until you cancel. One trial per user, household, and payment method.

💳 What exactly gets charged after the trial?

Your card is charged the rate shown on the pricing page when you signed up — currently $25/month (introductory) rather than the standard $50/month. All prices are in USD, exclusive of taxes or FX fees applied by your bank.

🚪 How do I cancel?

Log in, go to your account dashboard, and cancel in one click. No phone calls, no emails, no retention hoops. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

💸 Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds for partial months, unused time, or because a tool didn’t produce the results you hoped for. We also don’t offer refunds once a new billing period starts — cancel before the renewal date. Statutory refund rights (where they apply by law) are unaffected.

📊 Are rankings, sales estimates, and AI outputs guaranteed accurate?

No. Data comes from public marketplace sources and AI models — it may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Estimates are estimates, not promises. Always verify before making business decisions.

🛒 Are you affiliated with Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Lazada, etc.?

No. Marketplace Rankings is an independent seller tools platform. We aren’t endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any marketplace.

⚠️ What happens if I file a chargeback?

Please contact us first if something’s wrong — almost everything can be sorted in a quick email. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in immediate account termination and recovery of the disputed amount plus costs.

💡 Will your tools guarantee me sales or page 1 rankings?

No tool can guarantee that. We give you the data, AI guidance, and tracking — but your results depend on your products, pricing, listings, ads, and market conditions.

1. About Us

Marketplace Rankings is operated by Seller Republic Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09856798 (“we”, “us”, “our”). We work in association with Seller Republic, Seller Bay Republic, Unity Seller Tools, and Prompt Republic.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a legally binding contract. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or breach of these Terms.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial of the Pro Membership. By starting a trial, you authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method the applicable subscription fee at the end of the trial period, unless you cancel before the trial ends. One trial per user, household, and/or payment method. We may withdraw or modify the trial offer at any time.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing

The Pro Membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed at the rate shown on our pricing page at sign-up (currently an introductory rate of $25/month, standard rate $50/month). All prices are in US Dollars and exclusive of any taxes, duties, or FX fees, which are your responsibility.

By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date until you cancel. We may change pricing on reasonable prior notice; continued use after a price change means you accept the new price.

Monthly billing only. We do not offer daily, weekly, or pro-rata rates. A month is the minimum billable unit.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until that date, and you won’t be charged again.

No partial refunds. We do not refund or credit any portion of a paid month, whether you cancel on day 1 or day 28 of the cycle. We also don’t refund unused time, downgrades, or periods where you simply didn’t log in. Statutory rights (where they apply in your jurisdiction) are not affected by this clause.

Chargebacks. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first. Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and recovery of the disputed amount plus reasonable costs.

6. The Service & Acceptable Use

The Service includes the Marketplace Rank Tracker Suite, Keyword Difficulty Checker, AI E-Com Chat (LLM), FBA Sales Estimator, FBA Storage Calculator, AI Product Writer, the Amazon Advice Bot, and the bundled eCourse & Seller Guide. Features, data points, limits, and supported marketplaces may change as the Service evolves.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  • Resell, sublicense, white-label, or redistribute the Service or its outputs without our prior written consent.
  • Scrape, copy, mirror, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service, its databases, or its AI models.
  • Share a single account with multiple people, or run automated scripts that exceed fair use of our infrastructure.
  • Upload content that infringes IP, violates privacy, or is unlawful, harmful, or misleading.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, marketplace account, or data.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access without notice where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

7. Marketplace Data & Third-Party Platforms

Our tools surface data relating to third-party marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Lazada, Fruugo, TikTok, and Google Shopping. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. Marketplace data is collected from publicly available sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of marketplace data, and your overall selling activity, complies with the terms of service, policies, and laws of the marketplaces where you sell.

8. AI Outputs & No Business Advice

The AI E-Com Chat, AI Product Writer, Amazon Advice Bot, FBA calculators, sales estimators, and similar features generate outputs using statistical models and third-party data. Outputs may contain errors, out-of-date information, or assumptions that don’t apply to your situation.

All tools, estimates, rankings, courses, and AI outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, legal, accounting, or professional business advice. You’re responsible for verifying information and making your own decisions.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (keywords, ASINs, product details, notes, prompts). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display it solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You warrant you have the rights to submit such content and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service — website, software, tools, AI models, training data, courses, guides, trademarks, logos, and look and feel — remain the exclusive property of Seller Republic Limited and its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own internal e-commerce business purposes.

11. Courses & Educational Material

Course and guide content is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or use any part of the course to create a competing product. Access ends when your subscription ends.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data, rankings, estimates, or AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

We make no guarantee of sales, rankings, earnings, search visibility, or business results.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller Republic Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can’t lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seller Republic Limited and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your selling activity, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

15. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately and no refund is due, except where required by law.

16. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update, modify, add, or remove features at any time. We may also update these Terms. For material changes, we’ll give reasonable notice (email or website notice). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you reside or where a breach occurs.

19. General

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them, including to a successor entity. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and any in-Service policies, form the entire agreement between you and Seller Republic Limited regarding the Service.
