What exactly is Marketplace Rankings?
Marketplace Rankings is an all-in-one seller tools platform built for people selling on Amazon and other marketplaces. One Pro membership gets you automated keyword rank tracking, keyword difficulty analysis, an AI e-commerce chat trained on 1.5M+ data points, FBA fee and sales calculators, an AI product listing writer, and a full Amazon seller course — all under one login.
Who is this for?
Four main groups:
- Complete beginners who want a structured path from zero to their first sale.
- Side-hustle sellers running Amazon alongside a day job and needing efficient workflows.
- Existing sellers stuck on page 2+ who need ranking data and strategy to break through.
- Scaling sellers expanding to new products, keywords, or marketplaces.
How fast can I actually start using the tools?
Under 5 minutes. Sign up for the free trial, verify your email, and you’re in the dashboard with full access. Each tool has a 1–10 minute setup guide. You can run your first keyword rank check or difficulty score within minutes of logging in.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. The tools are built for sellers, not developers. If you can paste an ASIN and type a keyword, you can use everything on the platform. The AI chat even walks you through decisions in plain English.
Do I need an Amazon seller account already?
No. You can use the Keyword Difficulty Checker, FBA Sales Estimator, AI chat, and course content for product research before you open a Seller Central account. Once you have products live, the Rank Tracker becomes your day-to-day command centre.
Tools & Features
What’s in the box.
What tools are included with Pro membership?
Everything. One price, every tool:
- Marketplace Rank Tracker Suite (Amazon live, more rolling out)
- Keyword Difficulty Checker
- AI E-Com Chat (LLM trained on 1.5M+ data points)
- AI Product Writer
- Amazon Advice Bot
- FBA Sales Estimator
- FBA Storage Calculator
- “How to Sell on Amazon” eCourse & Seller Guide
No add-ons, no upsells, no “premium tier” holding features hostage.
Are there separate tiers or hidden paywalls?
No. There’s one Pro plan at $25/month (introductory), standard $50/month. Everything unlocks at that level. We deliberately avoided the “basic / pro / enterprise” treadmill — small sellers deserve the same data as everyone else.
Which marketplaces do you support?
Amazon tools are fully live today across all international regions. eBay, Etsy, Lazada, Fruugo, TikTok Shop, Google Shopping, and CheckaTrade are rolling out — early access available on request. If you sell somewhere we don’t cover yet, tell us via Tool Requests and we’ll prioritise accordingly.
Does it work on mobile and tablet?
Yes. The whole platform is fully responsive — mobile, tablet, and desktop. Check rankings from your phone while you’re out, run the numbers on a tablet over coffee, deep-dive on desktop when it’s time to optimise listings.
Rank Tracker
The tool most sellers use every single day.
How does rank tracking actually work?
Three steps:
- Add your keyword and product (ASIN or URL).
- Track. We automatically check your ranking position on that keyword, 24/7, and log a timestamped history.
- Improve. Add notes when you change a listing or run ads, then compare before/after rank movement.
How often are rankings checked?
Automated daily checks by default. Rankings are timestamped so you can see exactly when movement happened — useful for linking rank changes to ad campaigns, listing edits, or review flurries.
How many keywords and products can I track?
Generous Pro limits that cover the vast majority of sellers. If you’re running an enterprise-scale catalogue and need custom limits, contact us — we’ll work something out.
Can I leave notes on rank changes?
Yes — and it’s one of the most underused superpowers. Log every listing edit, price change, PPC campaign launch, or external shout-out as a note against the keyword. When rank moves, you instantly know why.
What do I do when my rank drops?
First, check the note trail — did something change? Then run the Keyword Difficulty Checker to see if competition jumped. Then ask the AI E-Com Chat for listing diagnosis. Most rank drops trace back to one of: competitor activity, review loss, listing suppression, or ads paused. The data tells you which.
Keyword Difficulty Checker
Don’t pick fights you can’t win.
What does “keyword difficulty” actually mean?
A 1-click score that tells you how hard it will be to rank page 1 for a given keyword, based on competitor strength, review counts, listing quality, and demand signals. High difficulty + high reward might still be worth pursuing — but you’ll want to know that going in.
Can I use it for product research before I buy stock?
Absolutely — this is one of its best uses. Run every keyword you’d want to rank for before you commit to inventory. If difficulty is brutal and you have no differentiator, pick a better niche. This tool has saved more than a few sellers from five-figure inventory mistakes.
Does it work for non-Amazon marketplaces?
Amazon is fully supported today. eBay, Etsy, Lazada, Fruugo, and others are rolling out — register interest via Tool Requests.
AI Tools
E-commerce-specific AI, not a general chatbot.
What’s the AI E-Com Chat trained on?
A curated 1.5 million+ data-point e-commerce dataset. Unlike a general-purpose chatbot, it’s focused on Amazon FBA, marketplace strategy, listing optimisation, PPC, sourcing, and seller operations. Ask it about a failing PPC campaign or a suppressed listing and you’ll get actionable answers.
How is it different from ChatGPT or free AI tools?
Three differences: it’s trained on seller-specific data, it understands Amazon/marketplace terminology without you having to explain acronyms, and it doesn’t wander into generic advice. Ask “what’s my ACoS target?” and you’ll get a straight answer calibrated to marketplace norms, not a paragraph of disclaimers.
Do you use my chats to train your AI?
No. Your prompts, keywords, and chat history are never used to train or fine-tune the AI. We store chat history so you can reference it — nothing more. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
What can I use the AI Product Writer for?
Optimised product titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content copy, and backend search terms. Feed it your product info and target keywords — get listing copy built to rank and convert. Massive time-saver when you’re launching multiple SKUs.
What’s the Amazon Advice Bot?
A dedicated bot focused on tactical, day-to-day Amazon selling questions — policy violations, suppression, account health, case wording, disbursement timing, FBA stranded inventory. The kind of questions you’d otherwise spend an hour searching Seller Central forums for.
FBA Calculators
Know your margins before you buy.
What does the FBA Sales Estimator show me?
Estimated monthly sales volume for any Amazon product — so you can gauge demand before investing in inventory. Look up a competitor’s ASIN, see roughly how many units they’re moving, then decide if the niche is worth entering.
How accurate are the sales estimates?
They’re estimates, not promises. Sales data is derived from BSR and public marketplace signals — useful for directional decisions (is this niche worth entering?), not for guaranteeing exact unit counts. Treat it as one data point among many.
What’s in the FBA Storage Calculator?
Storage fees, monthly and long-term (aged inventory) fees, size tier calculations, and profitability projections based on cost of goods, FBA fees, and sale price. Run a product through it before you order — if the margin isn’t there, the product isn’t.
Does it handle different marketplaces (US, UK, EU)?
Yes. Switch marketplace region and the calculator updates fee structures accordingly. Essential when you’re evaluating whether a product that works in the US is viable in the UK or Europe once VAT and different FBA fees come into play.
Course & Guides
A full Amazon seller course, included at no extra cost.
What does the “How to Sell on Amazon” course cover?
Six structured modules covering everything from account setup to page-one rankings:
- Getting started — account types, Seller Central, marketplace regions.
- Product research & selection — finding profitable niches, evaluating demand.
- Sourcing & FBA logistics — supplier negotiation, shipping, fee protection.
- Listing optimisation — titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+ Content.
- PPC & advertising — campaign structure, bid strategies, ACoS targets.
- Ranking & scaling — the full feedback loop using the tools you already have.
Is the course really included free?
Yes — it’s part of Pro membership at $25/month. No upsell, no “course-only” tier, no separate checkout. Other platforms charge $500–$2000 for Amazon courses alone. Here, the course comes with every tool you’d need to apply it.
Is it beginner-friendly or pro-level?
Both. Early modules assume zero experience — you’ll be guided step-by-step. Later modules get deep into advanced PPC structure and scaling tactics that existing sellers will actually find useful. Skip ahead to whichever module matches your stage.
What happens to course access if I cancel?
Access ends when your subscription ends — same as the tools. If you want to keep learning, keep the membership active.
Billing & Trial
Straight answers on money, trials, and cancellation.
How much does it cost?
$25/month introductory rate (standard rate $50/month). One price, every tool, every feature, the full course. No contracts, no annual lock-ins.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
Full Pro access for 3 days, no limitations. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the subscription rate automatically and billing continues monthly until you cancel. One trial per user, household, and payment method.
Do I need to enter a card for the trial?
Yes — payment details are collected at signup so billing can start seamlessly if you decide to stay. You won’t be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends.
Can I cancel part-way through a paid month and get a partial refund?
No. Subscriptions are billed monthly. We don’t offer daily, weekly, or pro-rata refunds. When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the current billing period — you keep your tools until then — and you won’t be charged again.
How do I cancel?
Log in, go to your account dashboard, cancel in one click. No phone calls, no email hoops, no retention surveys. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds for partial months, unused time, or because results didn’t match expectations. No refunds once a new billing period has started — cancel before the renewal date. Statutory rights (where they apply by law) are unaffected.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Not currently. The $25/month introductory rate already sits well below what comparable tools charge. If we introduce annual pricing in future, existing subscribers will get first access.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via our PCI-compliant payment processor. Card details never touch our servers — full details in the Privacy Policy.
What currency are prices in?
USD. Your bank may apply a foreign exchange conversion fee — that’s between you and your card provider.
Will the price ever go up?
Possibly — $25 is an introductory rate. If pricing changes we’ll give reasonable advance notice, and existing subscribers typically get grandfathered pricing longer than new sign-ups.
Account & Security
Your data, your account, under your control.
Do I need to connect my Amazon Seller Central account?
No. None of the tools require API access to your Seller Central account. Rank tracking and keyword difficulty use public marketplace data. This is deliberate — fewer integrations = fewer security headaches, and your seller account stays completely isolated from us.
Can I share my account with a team member or VA?
Pro is a single-user licence. For team access or multi-seat setups, contact us and we’ll arrange a custom plan rather than you risking credential sharing.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us from your registered address via the Contact page. We’ll delete your account and personal data within 30 days. Some data we’re legally required to retain (billing records, tax records) stays for the statutory retention period.
Is my data secure?
HTTPS/TLS everywhere, hashed passwords, server hardening, access controls, regular backups. We follow UK GDPR standards for everything we hold. We don’t sell data to third parties — ever.
Support & Roadmap
Help, feature requests, and what’s next.
How do I get help if I’m stuck?
Every tool has a 1–10 minute setup guide. Beyond that: the AI E-Com Chat answers most how-to questions instantly, and for anything it can’t, reach the human team via the Contact page. We usually respond within one business day.
Can I request a tool you don’t have yet?
Yes — we actively take requests. Submit via Tool Requests on the site. Real user requests have driven a lot of what’s on the platform today. If multiple people ask for the same thing, it jumps the roadmap.
What marketplaces are coming next?
eBay, Etsy, Lazada, Fruugo, TikTok Shop, Google Shopping, and CheckaTrade are all in progress or rolling out. Early access is available on request — useful if you’re heavily invested in a specific marketplace and want to shape the tool before public launch.
Do you offer custom tools or consulting?
Yes — “Tools on Demand”. If you have a specific workflow that would benefit from custom software or an automation you can’t find elsewhere, contact us. We’ve built bespoke tools for sellers with unique operational needs.
Do you have an affiliate programme?
Yes — see the Affiliates page for current terms and signup. Earn commission on referrals who convert from free trial to paid.
